Water Fitness Classes
Description:
Water Aerobics is designed to give you a fun, low impact workout! Preforming an assortment of resistance, stretching, and cardio exercises. Classes will take place in the Mountain Home Materials Diving and Slide Pool. Water Walking is designed to boost cardio efforts while building stamina at the same time! Classes will take place in the Waste Connections Lazy River!
General Info:
- Male and Females are encouraged to join!
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Classes will be held if weather permits.
Class Times:
Water Aerobics: Mondays- Fridays:
- 9:00 am - 10:00 am
- 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Water Walking: Mondays- Fridays:
- 9:00 am - 10:00 am
- 10:00 am - 11:00
Helpful Information:
You are welcome to bring your own water weights and noodles! Please put your name on them.
Water bottles are allowed to be on the pool deck when working out. No Glass Allowed!
Wear Water shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. to protect your skin and feet!
