Billing & Payments
๐งพ Monthly Billing
- Bills are mailed on the last business day of each month.
- Payments are due by the 15th.
- A 10% late penalty is applied after the due date.
- Accounts remaining unpaid 30 days after the 25th of the previous month may be disconnected.
- If a meter cannot be read, an estimated bill will be generated using the best available information.

After-Hours Drop Box
A secure drop box is available 24 hours a day at the drive-thru window.
Please do not place cash in the drop box. Only checks or money orders should be used.

Automatic Bank Draft:
Automatic Bank Draft is a free service that automatically pays your monthly utility bill from your bank account.
You'll continue receiving a monthly bill for your records.
To enroll:
- Complete the Bank Draft Authorization Form
- Attach a voided check
Need to update your banking information?
Complete the Bank Draft Authorization Form with your new account information.
Need to cancel bank draft?
Complete the Remove Bank Draft Authorization Form.
๐ Deposit Transfers & Refunds
Moving to another location served by the City?
Your deposit can be transferred to your new address without paying another connection fee.
When service is disconnected, deposits are refunded after:
- Final bill has been paid in full
- A forwarding address has been provided
โ ๏ธ Service Disconnection & Reconnection Fees
If service is disconnected for non-payment:
- Disconnect Fee: $50.00
- Reconnection Fee: $50.00
Please note:
- Payments are not accepted in the field by Water Department employees.
- All payments must be made through the Water Department office.
๐ Scheduling Service
Water service turn-ons, meter installations, and sewer connections are completed:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
To receive same-day service, payment must be received by 3:00 PM.
Someone must be present when water service is turned on to help prevent possible water damage from leaking pipes or fixtures.
๐ท Identifying Water Department Employees
Water Department employees may visit your property to:
- Read or replace water meters
- Make repairs
- Investigate service concerns
- Disconnect or restore service
For your safety:
- Employees do not enter homes unless you specifically request assistance.
- Employees will never enter your home if no one is present.
- If you are unsure whether someone is a Water Department employee, please contact our office before allowing access to your property.
