Obtaining Service


💧 Starting New Service

Applying for new service is easy!

Step 1: Complete an Application
Complete our Application for Service Form.

Step 2: Provide Required Documents
Please submit:

  • Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of residency, such as:
    • Lease agreement
    • Purchase agreement
    • Closing statement
    • Other similar documentation

Step 3: Pay the Required Deposit
A security deposit and connection fee must be paid before service can be established.

Residential Service

  • Deposit: $125.00
  • Connection Fee: $30.00
  • Total Due: $155.00

Commercial Service

  • Deposit: $189.00
  • Connection Fee: $30.00
  • Total Due: $219.00

The deposit is refunded when service is disconnected.

Deposits may be paid by:

  • Mail
  • In person
  • Online or Pay-by-Phone (fees apply)

Online or Pay-by-Phone:

An email and/or text with payment instructions will be sent once the account setup process is complete.


📅 Scheduling Service

Water service turn-ons, meter installations, and sewer connections are completed:

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

To receive same-day service, payment must be received by 3:00 PM.

Someone must be present when water service is turned on to help prevent possible water damage from leaking pipes or fixtures.
