Lead & Copper Rule

The City of Mountain Home is committed to providing safe, high-quality drinking water. As part of the EPA's Lead and Copper Rule, we are working to identify the materials used in our water service lines and maintain an accurate inventory of the water system.

If your service line was installed before 1989, it may contain lead. This does not mean your service line contains lead, but homes built before 1989 may be more likely to have lead-containing plumbing materials.
