Learn how to safely introduce your child to large body of water.

Parent & Me group lesson is led
by a MHCC Lifeguard.
We advise you to have sunscreen
and approriate swimwear for
class.
Parent & Me was developed to
help your child prepare for Level
1 Lessons!
Children who are not potty
trained need to be wearing Swim
Diapers!
