DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
Perform manual labor for street maintenance, including road repairs, snow removal, and concrete work under supervision.
Fabricate and install traffic signs, inspect and repair existing signage, and maintain visibility around intersections.
Operate vehicles and equipment, conduct daily inspections, and ensure safe operation.
Respond to emergencies outside regular hours and perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary.
Must possess a valid driver's license and obtain a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement within one year.
Ability to perform physical tasks, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team.
Proficient in using various tools and machinery relevant to construction and maintenance.
Work Environment
Work occurs in both office and field settings, exposing employees to noise, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
Protective equipment may be necessary, and emergency work may be required at any time.
